We use the Maxwell's equations to simulate the 2D electromagnetic field generated by the rotation of a finite electric dipole. The dipole starts at rest and begins to rotate at t=0, generating a current. The electromagnetic field radiates outwards, trying to rotate the field lines along with the dipole.
